The standard is made up of principles and criteria, with each principle describing its purpose, as well as criteria and guidance items, where applicable. It is structured based on the patient's journey from scheduling exams to their final delivery, considering the safety and quality of the processes, and respecting the needs and choices of each patient. In its audits, Padi offers the Observed Audit process. This takes place in the second year of accreditation, during the maintenance audit, and aims to guide the accredited service in carrying out an internal audit.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2016, the CBR was recognized by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) as an accrediting body through the Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Program (Padi).<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Padi's recognition by the ANS guarantees that clinics accredited by the program are entitled to the best index in the application of the Quality Factor stipulated by Law No. 13.003\/14 and regulated by Normative Resolution No. 405 of May 2016.<\/p>

The aim is for patients to be able to make better choices based on quality, for operators to invest in more effective care networks and for service providers to improve their processes and performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
