The September Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Program (Padi) webinar addressed the "Challenges of customer service in imaging services". The event took place on September 26, at 7:30 p.m. (Brasília time), live via the CBR's Canvas platform. The event had 70 simultaneous participants.

This year's speaker was Professor André Silva. He is a nurse and quality consultant who graduated from Universidade Paulista (2000). He has a postgraduate degree in health business management from FGV (2008). Director of YHW Consulting, technical and quality manager at Pinheiros Diagnósticos.

About the Padi Webinar
Held once a month, the Padi Webinar is a format used by the CBR to discuss technical and management issues related to Padi Accreditation.
