To train managers and leaders in the strategic and operational management of information technology in diagnostic imaging services, covering the context of governance, performance and risks in technological environments.

  • To train managers and leaders in the strategic and operational management of information technology (IT) in diagnostic imaging services, with a focus on governance, performance and risk management.
  • Develop skills in process management, IT governance and strategic management, including analysis of the macro and micro environment, planning, budgeting and feasibility of IT investments.
  • Understand and apply IT-related security standards, including the relationship between security and the Padi Standard, as well as the implementation and management of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in the context of technology.
  • Explore special topics in IT, such as the principles of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, innovations and technologies in process management, and an overview of agile methodologies applied to management.
  • Examine the technological diversity of diagnostic imaging clinics, including systems such as RIS, PACS, electronic medical records, DICOM, HL7, cloud exams, audiovisual reports and Big Data.
