The decision to grant the certificate, as well as other deliberations related to the Padi accreditation process, are decided by Cadi: the Commission for Accreditation in Diagnostic Imaging.
Cadi is made up of renowned members who work in diagnostic imaging services.
Its main role is to carry out the technical and strategic deliberations of the CBR Accreditation Program. With a view to the ethics, reliability and integrity of the Padi program, all decisions made by Cadi do not involve the names of accredited services or candidates for accreditation.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE PADI
In addition to Cadi, Padi also relies on the collaboration of a technical committee made up of multidisciplinary professionals from the diagnostic imaging sector who act as the program's lead auditors.
The aim of this committee is to carry out studies/technical work and to provide Cadi with information for decision-making.

COMMISSIONS OF MEDICAL SPECIALTIES
The Padi program relies on the participation of committees of specialized radiologists from various regions of Brazil, who evaluate the exams based on technical guidelines and criteria developed by the College's own medical staff.
In addition to evaluations, these committees develop protocols with technical guidelines and good practices for performing imaging exams.
